Mixing & Mastering Turnaround
If mastering is not completed during the session, standard turnaround time for mixing and mastering is 3–5 business days from the session date.
Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Song Completion Requirement
A song may only be mixed if all vocal takes for that song have been fully recorded during the booked session.
If a song is unfinished at the end of the session (including missing verses, hooks, ad-libs, or retakes), it will not be mixed until:
• The client books additional time
• All remaining vocals are completed
This applies whether the session included one song or multiple songs.

SESSION TIME
Session time begins when the first vocal take is recorded.
Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of project completion.

PAYMENT
No files, mixes, or recordings will be delivered until full payment is received.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

MOBILE RECORDING
For mobile sessions, the artist must provide a safe and workable recording environment.
Excessive noise, unsafe conditions, or repeated interruptions may result in cancellation without refund.

FILE DELIVERY
Final mixes are delivered after full payment.
Raw session files are not included unless agreed upon in advance.

MASTER OWNERSHIP
Grindhouse Entertainment retains a minimum of 20% ownership of all master recordings created during sessions, or when negotiated.

CONDUCT
Disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.

AGREEMENT
Booking a session confirms that you have read and agreed to these policies.
